In the modern society, people will no longer regard the governmental instrumentality as the organ of state power, but take it as a enterprise body, and look forward to inject business management ideas and corresponding operating modes into the government. What the common people require the government are quality, efficiency, speed and convenient service. The government bodies must clearly perceive the role of them, thoroughly change the ideas and operating modes, so as to achieve the requirement of new times. Don’t take the conservative psychology that I have had rich experience, and we should use the new enterprise management modes which should innovate and be courageous to receive new notions to achieve anticipated benefits.
