The head of the county is always emphasizing the value of HsinChu County Government lies in “care, help and serve” the people so as to help HsinChu to develop and lead a better life.
The personnel office is mainly charge in some assistant work in governmental affairs; however, it is very important. When our colleagues are doing their endeavor to work for the people bearing the county head’s idea “care, help and serve”, we, staff in charge of personnel affairs, should bear county head’s serving idea and provide all public servants with satisfactory service so as to help them work energetically and pleasantly.
Here I call on mutual encouragement with all HsinChu public servants and let us strive together for this value idea of profoundness and long standing and help HsinChu people gain more happiness and glories.
