Past history of the office

The office belonged to Baoshan village office after the restoration of Taiwan and was organized as household registration section, and it handled all kinds of household registration; till July 1st 1969, household and police integration system was on trial; Baoshan village office separated the household registration section out and founded Baoshan village household registration office; till July 1st, 1973, household and police integration was formally implemented, and the household registration business was under the police office; from July 1st 1992, household and police were separated; the household registration office belonged to the county bureau of civil affairs; till 1997, the home department finished the national household information system connection, and formally entered the informatization era.
